BIGFOOT 14

BIGFOOT #14 is one of the most iconic trucks in the Bigfoot fleet. Built for power and performance, it boasts a 540 c.i. engine, custom chassis, and massive 66” Firestone tires that see it dominating racing events. The truck earns multiple championships, driven most notably by Dan Runte.

In September 1999, Dan lines up BIGFOOT #14 in an open field for one of the most daring stunts in monster truck history — a jump over a full-sized airplane.

Accelerating to nearly 70 mph, the truck launches off a ramp and soars over the jetliner, staying airborne longer and higher than anyone expected. Although Dan carefully manages the throttle mid-air to keep the truck level, it lands with a bent chassis. The truck stays intact and the jump is measured at 202 feet — another Guinness World Record for Bigfoot.
